On February 9, 1996, the Regional Office of the Board of Secondary Education, Uttar Pradesh was established in Ramnagar (Nainital) for the Uttarakhand region by the order No. 4460/15-7-1(231)/1995. Uttaranchal Education and Examination Council was established In the year 2002 the council conducted its own examinations for the first time in collaboration with the Board of Secondary Education, Uttar Pradesh Dated April 22, 2006 The Uttaranchal School Education Act 2006 (Act No. 8 of 2006) was promulgated and the Uttaranchal School Education Council was established, after that mandate number 201/XX IV-5/2008 Dehradun dated December 11, 2008 Uttarakhand Vidyalaya Shiksha Parishad was formed.
