Eligibility Criteria
- Mine Foreman-I: SSLC / Matric Pass. Possessing valid Mine Foreman’s Certificate of Competency (Unrestricted). Minimum 06 years experience.
- Foreman: Diploma in Mining and Mine Surveying. Minimum 06 years experience.
- Mine Mate Grade-I: SSC Pass. Possessing valid Mine Mate Certificate of Competency (Unrestricted). Minimum 03 years experience.
- Electrical Supervisor: Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Holding a valid Electrical Supervisor’s Certificate of Competency.
- Mechanical Plant Foreman: Holding a valid Electrical Supervisor’s Certificate of Competency. Minimum 02 years post qualification experience.
- Winding Engine Driver-II: SSC Pass. 1st class Winding Engine Drivers certificate of Competency.

Trainee Age Limit

Trainee Salary
- E-02 Grade in the scale of pay of ₹ 50,000 – 3% – 1,60,000/- at the initial Basic of ₹ 50,000/- per month as a consolidated amount during the training period.
Qualifications
- Post Graduate Degree in Social Work with specialization in Labour Welfare, Personnel Management and Industrial Relations with minimum 60% marks. (OR) P.G. Degree/ Diploma (2 years duration) in IRPM/ Master of Labour studies from the recognized University/ Institute with minimum 60% marks. (OR) MBA with specialization in Personnel Management / HR/ HRD from recognized University/ Institute with minimum 60% marks.
- Preference will be given to Law Graduate.
