Junior Technical Assistant: (1) Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) or Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application (PGDCA), with minimum 60% of marks (OR) B.Sc in Electronics or Computer Science, with minimum 60% of marks (OR) Three year Diploma in Computer Engineering or Information Technology with minimum 60% of marks from a State Board of Technical Education. (2) Minimum 04 years post qualification experience.
Manager/ Senior Manager (IR & HR): (1) Two year Master’s Degree or equivalent Degree or equivalent Diploma or Post Graduate Degree in relevant areas, with minimum of 60% marks (OR) MBA with specialization in HR or equivalent Degree with specialization in HR or equivalent Diploma with specialization in HR (OR) Post Graduate Degree in Social Work with specialization in Personnel Management or Labour Welfare & Industrial Relations (OR) Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management.
